Mount Clemens, Mich. – March 14, 2022 – Turning Point, an agency whose mission is to empower domestic and sexual violence survivors through comprehensive services and resources, will host its 6th annual fundraiser, Stepping Out with the Stars, in partnership with the Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Sterling Heights. The event will be held Friday, April 29, 2022, at the Palazzo Grande Banquet & Event Center, 54660 Van Dyke, Shelby Township.
“This exciting and fun event serves as an opportunity for community members to provide their continued support to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. It also allows Turning Point to advocate for the community action necessary to help end domestic and sexual violence,” stated Sharman Davenport, Turning Point President/CEO.
WDIV News Anchor Evrod Cassimy will return as the evening’s emcee. The following community partners will be dancing at the event: William Potthoff, James Huttenlocher, Catherine Kellie, and Brooke Kircher.
