Troy, Mich. —Oct. 12, 2015—Practice Transformation Institute (PTI), providing the health care community with continuing medical education and customized learning programs that improve patient health outcomes, announces the addition of three online education courses in health literacy, care management and the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). The announcement was made by PTI Director of Operations, Harmony Kinkle.
“Online learning provides a flexible, quality alternative to an in-person course,” Kinkle said. “Although not every course is suited for online learning, there are many courses that can be dynamic and engaging in this format. We’ve already used a blended format of online and onsite training for our successful Moderate Care Manager training program and look forward to having these additional courses continue that approach.”
PTI is using Udemy.com as its online learning platform. Udemy courses can be accessed through a computer or directly from an iPhone, iPad or Android device after application download. The three courses now available from PTI through Udemy.com are:
