“I have reviewed thousands of emails and documents in the Flint water crisis and definitely see criminal culpability. While nothing will reverse the course of events in Flint, criminal charges are the correct step in beginning to hold certain public officials responsible who were directly involved or contributed to the crisis,” Rockind said.
