Detroit-–-Jan. 12, 2018–Detroit-based management side labor and employment law firm, Nemeth Law, P.C., announces that three firm attorneys have been selected by their peers as Leading Lawyers in Michigan for 2017-2018. The list is included as an insert in the recently released Crain’s Detroit Business 2018 Book of Lists.

Firm founder Patricia Nemeth was selected in the areas of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), employment management and labor management; shareholder Terry Bonnette was selected in employment management and labor management; and shareholder Susan Koval was listed in employment management. Additionally, Nemeth was again named to the Leading Lawyers Advisory Board. Advisory Board appointments are based on three criteria:

  1. The exceptional number of recommendations they receive from their peers
  2. Their reputation and professional ethics
  3. Their knowledge of the lawyers within their areas of the law and/or their respective region of the state

Nemeth founded Nemeth Law as a solo practitioner in 1992. The firm is the largest woman-owned law firm in Michigan to exclusively represent management in the prevention, resolution and litigation of labor and employment disputes.

About Leading Lawyers

Leading Lawyers, a division of the Law Bulletin Publishing Company, surveys thousands of attorneys statewide to identify lawyers most often recommended by their peers. Lawyers cannot nominate themselves or anyone at their own law firm. Fewer than five percent of all lawyers licensed to practice law in a given state can be named a Leading Lawyer.
