  • On June 21, Nemeth Law partner Deborah Brouwer spoke on Emerging Trends in Employment Litigation: Hot Issues in a #MeToo World, at the MDTC 2019 Annual Meeting and Conference in Bellaire, Michigan.
  • On April 21, Nemeth Law partner Terry Bonnette was a presenter on Theft of Employer Property & Evidence: You Can’t Take It with You – or Can You? at the 44th Annual ICLE Labor and Employment Institute in Plymouth, Michigan. 

In addition, on June 19, partner Deborah Brouwer was interviewed by Fox 2 News Detroit on the topic of keeping Michigan teens safe at work and the Michigan laws that guide teenage employment. Additionally, partner Terry Bonnette was interviewed for Detroit Public Television in a series of interviews on civility at work as part of the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Civility Project
