Detroit, Mich.—Aug. 13, 2014— Nemeth Law, P.C., a Detroit-based labor and employment law firm, announces it has been named one of Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work for by the Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA). This is the 13th time Nemeth Law, P.C. has received the award. All award winners will be honored at an event to be held on Tuesday, Sept. 23 at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.

This year’s winners represent best practices in talent management, employee retention and human resources best practice in a variety of industries. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories, including compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment, selection and orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives and strategic company performance.

Patricia Nemeth, founder of Nemeth Law, P.C., says the 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work for reinforces the firm’s longstanding commitment to its staff.

“It is an honor to be recognized for our commitment to talent management, employee retention and human resources best practices,” Nemeth said. “We value our staff and constantly seek out opportunities to allow them to grow in their careers and knowledge base. Because we serve employers on human resource issues, it is especially gratifying to be recognized for our own human resource practices and programs.”

Jennifer Kluge, MBPA president, commended all of this year’s 101 Best & Brightest winners.

“We are honored to recognize the efforts of this year’s ‘Best and Brightest’ companies. These companies have created impressive organizational value and business results through their policies and Best Practices in human resource management. This award has become a designation sought after by hundreds of Metro Detroit’s area companies and is a powerful recruitment tool in the drive to attract and retain exceptional employees,” Kluge said.
