Farmington Hills, Mich. —October 21, 2021— Adopting a flexible approach to manage the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, Judson Center announces the return of its annual fundraising gala, A Night to Embrace, November 5 in a virtual format. Huntington Bank serves as the gala’s title sponsor, with David Provost, Retired Executive Chairman of TCF Bank, as the gala chair.

Proceeds from the event will provide critical funding to Judson Center’s child and family service programs including foster care and adoption in tandem with its affiliate, Child Safe Michigan, autism programs, behavioral health services, employment services for persons with disabilities, and primary care for all ages through Judson Center Health. Judson Center President and CEO Lenora Hardy-Foster said flexibility is key to an organization’s sustainability through the pandemic.

“Although not in person, we are happy to bring the spirit of the evening into the homes of our generous sponsors and supporters,” Hardy-Foster shared. “Our event last year garnered fantastic participation from those who appreciate Judson Center’s mission and impact, and our hope is to continue that level of engagement again this year. We will look to next year for the in-person gathering that brings nearly 600 people together to celebrate Judson Center.”

This year’s live virtual broadcast from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. will celebrate the many 2021 accomplishments of Judson Center. A single virtual ticket includes an at-home cocktail kit (within a 50-mile radius of Troy, Michigan) and the chance to win a $1,000 Visa gift card. Attendees will be able to bid on featured live auction prizes including a choice of trips to Cabo San Lucas or a Vidanta Resort in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya or Los Cabos in Mexico. A complete list of sponsor packages and the opportunity to purchase virtual ads for the program can be viewed here. The deadline to purchase a program ad is Friday, October 22.
