In celebration of its 40th anniversary of “Building Better Communities,” Cunningham-Limp aims to recognize distinguished community leaders in the Grand Traverse Region

Traverse City, Mich. —May 31, 2024— Cunningham-Limp, a community-focused construction management firm in Traverse City, is pleased to share the finalists for its inaugural Community Builder Award, which is designed to spotlight and honor leaders and organizations in the Grand Traverse Region who have built, improved, or creatively utilized a space that has significantly enhanced their community.

“By working alongside so many great community leaders on meaningful projects over the years, we’ve gotten a front row ticket to experience how special these people are,” says Andy Cole, Cunningham-Limp’s senior VP of Northwest Michigan. “We wanted to do something to recognize these incredible people and share their inspiring stories with the rest of the community.”

Nominees did not need to be a Cunningham-Limp client to be an award candidate. In addition to recognition, Cunningham-Limp will award the final winner a $2,500 gift to be allocated to a nonprofit of their choosing, including their own, if applicable. All finalists will be recognized at a reception hosted at the community event space in West Shore Bank, 400 E. Eighth Street, Traverse City, on Thursday, June 6 at 4:30 p.m. The event is open to the public, but pre-registration is required. Sign-up information can be found here.
