Troy, Mich. – September 14, 2021 – Pavan Muzumdar, COO of Automation Alley, Michigan’s Industry 4.0 knowledge center, will be a featured speaker alongside other Industry 4.0 experts at two upcoming industry conferences.
Muzumdar will first be speaking at the Manufacturing Innovation, Automation & Robotics Summit, an international, virtual conference on September 29–30, that will examine the critical role of Industry 4.0 in preparing manufacturers to successfully handle the “new normal” of future crises and as the catalyst needed to accelerate the shift towards automated manufacturing operations. October will take Muzumdar to the Precision Metal Forming Association’s Internet of Things Experience for Manufacturers, October 27–28 in Schaumburg, Illinois. Muzumdar’s session, scheduled for October 28 at 2 p.m., is on “Industry 4.0 Transformation: Lessons Learned.”
In his presentation, Muzumdar will explain how small to mid-sized manufacturers can build learning organizations that are prepared to manage Industry 4.0 disruption. He’ll also share information on Automation Alley’s Project DIAMOnD that recently equipped 300 Michigan manufacturers with 3D printing capabilities.
