This will be the 14th location for the company when it opens in Fall of 2020 and its first in Macomb County. The company has also purchased land with plans for a second Clinton Township location, with details being released at a later date.

The three-story, 100% climate-controlled structure on Hall Road will include a drive- through for easy four-season loading and unloading, as well as varying sized units for residential and commercial storage needs. Additionally, with a comfortable conference room and wi-fi, both complimentary for tenant use, the space is ideal for pharmaceutical sales representatives and other sales professionals needing modern, safe storage for their products and a place to conduct inventory-related business.
The Clinton Township groundbreaking marks a busy year of expansion for 1-800-Self-Storage.com. In March 2019, the company opened a newly constructed facility at 3846 Rochester Road in Troy, Michigan, its second location in Troy. A third Troy location at 1330 Coolidge is slated to open in fourth quarter 2019. A three-story facility, located on W. Maple Road, has been open in Troy since 2008.
