Health fair open to all; 100 free flu vaccines available

Auburn Hills, Mich.—Oct. 28, 2014— Avondale School District, an achievement-oriented learning community focused on student leadership and success in academics, the arts and athletics, announces the Harvest of Health fair, organized through the Avondale/Oakland University partnership and including the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, will take place Saturday, Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Avondale High School. The fair is open to all and free to attend. The first 100 attendees of the event are eligible to receive free flu shots.

The Harvest of Health fair, sponsored by the Pino Insurance Agency in Rochester, will feature games and prizes, food, giveaways and interactive health education stations for adults and children. Avondale High School is located at 2800 Waukegan St., Auburn Hills 48326.
