Rochester, Mich. – May 5, 2015 – Ewa Matuszewski, CEO of MedNetOne Health Solutions (MNOHS), a Michigan-based healthcare management organization serving the infrastructure and clinical support needs of private practice physicians and behavioral health specialists, will serve as a speaker at the Michigan Osteopathic Association’s (MOA) 14th annual Practice Managers Program on May 15, along with her MNOHS colleague, Mark Lazar.

Matuszewski and Lazar, a special projects and population coach at MNOHS, will co-present “PCMH-N: A block party you don’t want to miss” at 2 p.m. The session will define the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and PCMH-Neighborhood (PCMH-N), explain the role of physicians organizations in the development of a PCMH-N and outline five steps a practice can take to engage in PCMH-N activities.

Matuszewski is a frequent speaker on innovative primary care and chronic care initiatives who regularly consults with medical societies and local, state, national and international health care organizations. Lazar leads at large team at MNOHS and works with MNOHS member practices on a variety of quality improvement initiatives.
