Livonia, Mich. —January 21, 2016 — The American Society of Employers (ASE), one of the nation’s oldest and largest employer associations, announces that its 2016 Compensation Surveys are now open for participation. Both ASE member firms and non-members are invited to contribute demographic information on their organizations and submit compensation data on their Michigan-based employee population. The deadline is Friday, Feb. 5.

ASE has been collecting and reporting compensation data for Michigan employers since 1952, and its current compensation surveys are the most comprehensive and robust in the state.

According to ASE President and CEO Mary E. Corrado, data gathered in the online survey tool will be used in ASE’s three local compensation survey reports, in addition to the Nonprofit Compensation Survey and the National Sales Compensation and Practices Survey. She stressed the importance of participation from area employers.

“The findings from these surveys will give companies an accurate and timely picture of wage and salary levels in a variety of fields and help HR professionals stay in step with current pay and benefits trends,” Corrado said.

If you would like to participate in the 2016 Compensation Surveys on behalf of your organization, please contact ASE’s Survey Services at surveys@aseonline.org or call 248.223.8053 for more information.

ASE member firms completing the survey by Feb. 5 will receive a copy of the results at no cost, while non-members will receive a discount on purchasing the survey. In addition, participants will be entered into a drawing to win free tickets to ASE’s 2016 Compensation and Benefits Conference on June 15. Three organizations will be selected and each will receive three tickets at a value of $267.
