Livonia, Mich. —Dec. 1, 2015 — The American Society of Employers (ASE), one of the nation’s oldest and largest employer associations, announces it has expanded its partnership with Michigan-based J.H. Donahue & Associates to offer Constellation HR performance and compensation management software to ASE members. The announcement was made by Mary E. Corrado, President and CEO of ASE.

Providing their proprietary Constellation HR Performance and Compensation Management Software is a natural expansion of our 30 year relationship with J.H. Donahue & Associates” Corrado said. “The software has a number of unique key features that we have not seen in other performance systems.”
Constellation HR takes a fresh look at performance management and was created to shift from the traditional angst-ridden numerical rating system to a qualitative approach. Constellation is designed to remove as much of the subjectivity from the performance appraisal process as possible and includes an ‘Authentic Review’ narrative-based performance process.
“The Authentic Review takes the software to the next level in terms of addressing the issue of subjectivity. A strong performance management system can really impact an organization’s performance,” Corrado said. “Constellation HR will assist our members in building a solid foundation within the performance and compensation realm while adding value to membership in ASE.”
